Catalan artist Sebastià Martí presents his new exhibition, La Vie en Rose , at the 3 Punts Contemporary Art Gallery, inviting the viewer to immerse himself in a universe where everyday life is transformed into visual poetry. Martí, renowned for his ability to mix humor, symbolism and eroticism in each stroke, constructs with this exhibition a dialogue between reality and imagination, converting ordinary objects and scenes into narratives full of sensitivity, irony and subtle provocation.

Through a combination of drawings, watercolors and illustrations on paper and other media, the artist explores fleeting moments and everyday details, from bar tablecloths to figures that seem to have emerged from collective memory, transforming them into small stories that awaken the viewer's emotion and curiosity. Each piece becomes a microcosm, a fragment of reality reinterpreted with poetry, intensity and humor, characteristics that have defined Martí's artistic career.
The exhibition, which will be open to the public from January 8 to February 14, 2026, is notable for its spectacular iconography dominated by the color pink, which permeates the space with a lively and captivating energy. The usual elements of Martí's visual language - hybrid figures, ironic compositions and suggestive details - are combined in a constant play between apparent simplicity and conceptual complexity. The arrangement of the works and the chromatic force create an immersive experience, where the public is invited to explore every corner, discover hidden stories and let themselves be carried away by a reinvented reality.

"Over the years I have come to perceive my life (and if you will forgive me the metaphor, I consider it necessary in this case) as a walk through a kind of forest in which the sensations produced by its elements constantly change: from the most discouraging terror and panic to pure love suspected of being so; from ego and exhibitionism to unbearable sadness; from humor that misses laughter to the awareness of the passage of time; from unconscious, dreamlike fantasy, which partially fills nights and days, to conscious imagination, which produces non-existent worlds; from sick and disgusting sensations to lust sought, and especially, to that which is not. The metaphor of the forest allows me to give substance to this accumulation of sensations."
