Recipes of the Transition

Researcher and photographer Berta Álvarez Acal presents her new book Recipes of the Transition, which explores the gastronomic and social changes in Spain from the sixties to the eighties. Through recipes and photographs, the book shows how cooking reflected the transformation of Spanish society during the Transition. The book will be published on June 11 and is available at Kailas Editorial.
