Next Friday, August 28 at 6 pm, Son Amer, located in Es Llombards, Santanyí, Mallorca, will celebrate its inauguration with the exhibition La posteritat del sol , an artistic proposal by the creators Julien and Anne-Iris Poussielgues. This exhibition can be visited until September 27, 2026, with free admission.
During the first few days, from August 28 to September 7, the space will be open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. From September 8, opening hours will be limited to Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of visiting the exhibition by appointment.
The posterity of the sun is a work inspired by the text by Albert Camus and René Char, and will feature a selection of photographs by Henriette Grindat. The exhibition will include pieces by several artists, including Liu Bolin, Édouard Boubat, Lucien Clergue, and Sun Ra, among others, who will provide a diverse and contemporary vision on the subject.
Son Amer is presented as a new cultural space that seeks to promote art and culture in the region, becoming a meeting point for artists and art lovers.
