After her time at the Centro de Arte Tomás y Valiente in Fuenlabrada, Teresa Vall Palou arrives at the Galeria Miguel Marcos in Barcelona with El vitalisme del color , an exhibition open to the public until June 30. The exhibition brings together a selection of works where color, matter and gesture become vehicles of subtle but intense expressiveness.
Teresa Vall Palou's pictorial universe stands out for a visual sensitivity marked by the balance between abstraction and emotion. Through delicate tones, suggestive textures and organic forms, the artist constructs compositions that evoke serenity, contemplation and an intimate connection with the natural world. Hers inhabits a territory where rigor and instinct coexist in a subtle, almost organic balance. Her work is inscribed in an abstraction deeply linked to nature, to biological rhythms and to the memory of the elements, where color becomes an emotional language and matter acquires an almost living dimension. Each composition seems to arise from an inner impulse, from a primal gesture that unfolds on the surface with a contained force, capable of converting the painting into a space of contemplation and sensitive intensity.

Teresa Vall Palou, CT566, 2020.
In his canvases, the line breathes, expands and dialogues with chromatic densities that evoke interior landscapes, mineral sediments, plant pulsations or invisible currents. There is a poetics of the fragment and the texture that refers both to the processes of transformation of nature and to the emotions that cross the human experience. The color not only illuminates the work: it crosses it, tenses it and gives it an intimate, almost musical vibration, that oscillates between serenity and vital outburst.
His works are built from a constant search, understood as an open process of experimentation, intuition and thought. His artistic practice moves freely between disciplines - painting, engraving, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, installation or artist's book - without ever losing a formal and conceptual coherence marked by sensitivity towards matter and gesture. In all these expressions there persists the same will: to translate the complexity of life into forms, textures and atmospheres capable of silently moving the viewer.
