This Wednesday, April 29, at 6 p.m., the exhibition Tota pedra és una muntanya en potencia , by Anna Pascó, winner of the second edition of the Ricard Camí Visual Arts Biennial, will be inaugurated at the Espai Isern Dalmau in Barcelona. The exhibition, which can be visited until June 6, presents the project awarded in this competition and is part of one of the reference spaces of the city's contemporary art scene.
Anna Pascó Boltà's work is characterized by her interest in the structures and systems of organization of reality, as well as her desire to establish bridges between artistic language and various scientific and technical disciplines. In this project, the artist deploys research that combines art, biology, geology and technology to address the interdependent relationships between marine ecosystems and human activity.

The Biennial jury distinguished the proposal for its conceptual solidity and for its critical and contemporary view of environmental issues. It also highlighted the project's ability to understand art as a tool for transformation and awareness-raising.
Through an installation that integrates visual, sound and interactive devices, the work proposes a real-time connection with the marine environment. This immersive experience invites the public to reflect on the impact of climate change and marine mining on deep ocean ecosystems, while highlighting the fragility of these environments.
Overall, Anna Pascó's proposal opens up a path of reflection on sustainability and the care of biodiversity, articulated through research, science and art, and proposes a new way of understanding the relationship between nature and technology.
