Arranz-Bravo lands in Paris with “Nodes, flows and vibrations”
bonart paris - 13/11/25

Nodes, flows and vibrations , the exhibition where you can see the work of Eduard Arranz-Bravo, embarks on a journey to Paris, a city especially significant in the creator's vital and artistic trajectory. From November 13 to January 31, the Centre d'Études Catalanes will host this immersive journey through Arranz-Bravo's artistic universe, offering the Parisian public the opportunity to rediscover one of the key figures of the Catalan avant-garde.

The exhibition, curated by Albert Mercadé, arrives in the French capital after having been presented to great acclaim at the Suñol Foundation. Now, in this new international context, the show expands its dialogue with the viewer and delves into the relationship between the pictorial gesture, movement and energy that characterize his work. Through a set of selected pieces, it explores the links between Arranz-Bravo's creative drive and the spaces he inhabits, as well as his ability to evoke tensions, rhythms and emotions.

The presentation in Paris represents not only the natural continuity of an already consolidated exhibition project, but also a tribute to the deep relationship —both personal and artistic— that Arranz-Bravo has maintained with the French capital over time. The proposed itinerary is similar to that which could be seen at the Suñol Foundation, although it does not include some pieces that, due to their characteristics, made it difficult to travel to Paris due to their delicacy, such as one of Eduard Arranz-Bravo's artist books.

The exhibition brings together a dozen works from the Suñol Soler Collection, including the one illustrated on the exhibition poster, New York my Love (1971). This set is completed with paintings, sculptures and etchings, mostly dating from the 1970s and 1980s, which allow us to trace the evolution of the artist's visual language.
