ARCO arrives at the Sorigué Foundation with a selection of key pieces from its collection
The exhibition brings together works acquired at the ARCO contemporary art fair and vindicates more than two decades of commitment to contemporary creation.
The Sorigué Foundation presents ARCO at the Sorigué Foundation , an exhibition that brings together a selection of works from its collection acquired over the years at the international contemporary art fair ARCO. The exhibition, which will open on June 1, 2026 and can be visited until February 2027, includes numerous pieces that are being exhibited to the public for the first time.
The proposal comes a year after the Sorigué Foundation received the prestigious “A” Corporate Collection Award, awarded by the ARCO Foundation in 2025, in recognition of its work in supporting, promoting and disseminating contemporary art. The exhibition thus becomes a celebration of the journey of a collection that, for more than twenty years, has maintained a constant commitment to the artistic and cultural fabric.

ARCO at the Sorigué Foundation offers a journey through different moments of the collection, combining works present since its beginnings with more recent acquisitions. The set allows us to observe the evolution of the Foundation's lines of research and its commitment to diverse artists and languages within the contemporary panorama.
Among the selected pieces are works by creators such as Pere Llobera, Fernanda Fragateiro, Tony Cragg, Nacho Martín Silva, Patricia Gómez and Maria Jesús González, Antoni Tàpies or Rubén Guerrero, among other artists who are part of a collection that understands art as a space for reflection, communication and debate.
