The Lluís Coromina Isern Foundation presents the exhibition Dibuix en directe at the Espai Eat Art in Banyoles, an artistic proposal that is part of the programming of the 22nd edition of the (a)phònica, Banyoles Voice Festival. The exhibition can be visited from June 19 to August 8, becoming a space where visual arts dialogue with music and the expressive power of the voice.
The exhibition brings together works created live by various illustrators during the concerts and activities of the festival. Far from being a simple documentary record, the pieces offer an artistic interpretation of the moments experienced on stage, capturing the energy of the shows, the emotions of the performers and the connection with the audience.
Through very diverse graphic languages, the artists transform into images the atmospheres, silences, gestures, looks and complicity that define each performance. The illustrations, made with different techniques, colors and supports, reflect the creative richness of the festival and vindicate drawing as a discipline capable of transmitting the intensity of the moment.
One of the distinctive features of Dibuix en directe is its dynamic nature. The exhibition is not presented as a closed sample, but evolves throughout the days of the (a)phònica celebration. As the program progresses, new works made during the concerts are incorporated, so that the exhibition route transforms and grows at the same pace as the festival.
