Rasim Michaeli to Art Michaeli

The artist Rasim Michaeli (1968) presents his latest work this summer at the Art Michaeli gallery in Tossa de Mar. Drawings, watercolors, abstract painting and figurative painting are exhibited in his gallery-workshop in Tossa.

Michaeli's works which are of a clear figurative and abstract style, have given the artist a deep insight and each of these styles has helped him to be more aware of the other and according to the artist" only in the moment of total concentration, when thought, temperament and strength meet in a single moment, can the form inhabit my own space and create elements of another dimension."

Currently, Rasim also works as a professional tattooist since 2007 and in his tattoo gallery we can find from realistic style tattoos, fine, personal style and cover tattoos. Michaeli's professional career is very broad, as he has held individual exhibitions in Barcelona, Almaty, Tarragona, Paris, Copenhagen, etc.

As he has also exhibited collectively in Barcelona, Granada, San Sebastià, Tossa de Mar... Regarding the artistic training of the artist, Michaelli has studied at the Massana art school in Barcelona, specifically in the field of illustration and abstract painting. He later practiced in the Tatto Workshop directed by Max Ghostar, in which he currently combines realism with elements of abstract painting. The gallery's opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:30 and from 16:00 to 22:00 and on weekends the gallery is open from 10:00 to 22:00 at night .
