Palma Dotze presents, until May 8, in the central space of the gallery, the work of the photographer David Mocha. Under the title Paradise , Mocha has developed a naturalist documentary project that, at first glance, is about a certain garden inhabited by peculiar characters who pose with a subtle and enigmatic staging attitude. Mocha proposes to generate an abstract, universal garden, in order to develop his argumentative approach on the true meaning of the concept of paradise. "In the most varied traditions and over the centuries, gardens have represented the idea of paradise: the myth of an ideal place, a place apart, away from violence, knowledge and consciousness," says Mocha.

On the other hand, the gallery also presents the exhibition Temps en blanc i negre , a selection of works by photographers Gabriel Cualladó and Paco Gómez. The two artists, along with Gerardo Vielba, Joaquín Rubio Camín, Francisco Ontañón, Leonardo Cantero and Ramon Masats, were part of La Palangana, a photographic group that was the initial germ of the so-called Escuela de Madrid. These photographers represented the renewal and changing spirit of Spanish photography between the 1950s and later generations.
