On Wednesday, June 3 at 7:00 p.m., the Espai Isern Dalmau in Barcelona will be the setting for the colloquium Tocar fons: imaginar en profundo , a proposal that complements the visual art exhibition Toda pedra es una montánchez en potencia. by the artist Anna Pascó Boltà.
The meeting is part of an interdisciplinary reflection on the relationship between humans and underwater environments, focusing on issues such as the seabed, climate change, science, technology and perception. The aim is to open up new ways of understanding spaces that are essential for the balance of the planet, but still little explored in the collective imagination.
The colloquium will feature the participation of artist Anna Pascó Boltà; geologist David Casas, linked to the Institute of Marine Sciences; and anthropologist Alejandro Limpo. The session will be moderated by Belén Latorre, head of the Fundació Antigues Caixes Catalanes.
