The Museum from the Lands from the Ebro presents until to the 14 from June the exhibition River, valley and mountain. Prehistoric life in the Ebro , an in-house production that opens the programming of the temporary exhibition hall and is part of a determined commitment to strengthening archaeology in the territory. The exhibition introduces the Museum's unique prehistoric collection and the research developed over the last decade, with pieces, illustrations and audiovisuals to approach life in the Ebro valley in prehistoric times. The project has been carried out jointly with the SAPPO-GRAMPO group of the Department of Prehistory of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, with the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the collaboration of Ebro municipalities.
However, the 2026 program broadens the focus with proposals that connect history, memory and nature. Highlights include Invisibles pero decisivas. Women in the Spanish Civil War and the Battle of the Ebro and the theatrical performance “Memòries oblidades”, coinciding with International Women's Day, as well as “Parlar és a les teves mans” dedicated to sign language. In the natural field, “Flamencs, entre lo visible i lo sentido” by José Antonio Sartorius; one sample about spy demons from the Lands from the Ebro and one other dedicated to birds of prey, with the participation of the Ateneu de Natura.
With this diverse programming, the Museum reinforces its role as a reference facility in the territory, combining research, dissemination and commitment to the memory and natural and cultural heritage of Terres de l'Ebre, articulating scientific discourse and a contemporary perspective. The Museum it is consolidates like this how one space from meeting between past and present, preserving the memory and history of the territory and reactivating it to across from proposals educational and parallel activities.
