Unclassifiables discovers the Vinya dels Artistes, where wine and art dialogue in the heart of Priorat

In this episode, Inclassificables stops at Vinya dels Artistes, in the municipality of Masroig, in Priorat, to chat with Sara Jové and Assumpció Mateu. The space becomes the ideal setting to delve deeper into a project that organically fuses landscape, contemporary art and wine culture, and which has converted a vineyard estate of the Mas Blanch i Jové winery into a true open-air cultural space.
The Vinya dels Artistes offers an experience that goes far beyond wine tasting. The tour of the estate allows you to discover works of art integrated into the natural environment, created by prestigious contemporary artists. Each intervention establishes a subtle dialogue with the landscape, respecting and reinterpreting it, and transforms the vineyard into a living space, in constant evolution.
Over the years, the project has hosted pieces by artists such as Josep Guinovart, Frederic Amat, Joan Brossa, Carles Santos, Antoni Llena, Susana Solano and Carles Pazos, among others. Of particular note is Emmarcant el somni , by Assumpció Mateu, a work of great visual impact that has become one of the most emblematic elements of the ensemble.
The visit of Inclassificables highlights the Vinya dels Artistes as a clear example of how culture can take root in the rural world in a respectful and contemporary way.
