On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the cultural management company Bonart, and with the complicity of the Miguel Marcos Gallery, a project is born that proposes an inspiring dialogue between contemporary art and advances in health. Each edition of this initiative allocates the profits from the sale of the works to the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona, thus contributing to promoting scientific research and generating improvements that directly impact people's quality of life.

The exhibition will be on display at the Miguel Marcos Gallery (C/ Jonqueres, 10, Barcelona) from December 23 to January 9, 2026. In this context, Art and social commitment join hands with the PUZZLE Project, a pioneering initiative of the Hospital Clínic dedicated to research and improving the treatment of schizophrenia. This collaboration demonstrates how creativity and social responsibility can come together to generate a real impact on the health and well-being of the community.

The exhibition tour features artists such as Joan Brossa, Carlos Franco, Víctor Mira and Malka Aversa, whose works invite us to reflect on the relationship between art and health. These two concepts of Art and Health combine the expressive power of contemporary art with the commitment to advancing health, creating a space where culture and science meet to transform society.

Launched in 2025, the initiative seeks to be a meeting point between artists, art lovers and society in general, where creativity makes diseases visible, raises awareness about health challenges and contributes to improving the quality of life. At the same time, it transforms the sale of works into direct support for research projects with a tangible impact on society.

First edition: Art & Health and schizophrenia

The first edition of Art & Health focuses on schizophrenia, a complex and often silent disease. Behind every diagnosis there are people and families who live with challenges that require more research, understanding and support. This edition puts the spotlight on this reality and gives impetus to the Puzzle Project against Schizophrenia, a pioneering laboratory at the Hospital Clínic dedicated to exploring new therapeutic targets and advancing towards more effective treatments.

In this context, art and culture become allies of science, opening paths to break stigmas, generate knowledge and sow hope in affected people.
