Xavier Barral
Xavier Barral i Altet is a member of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans, professor of Medieval Art History and former director of the National Art Museum of Catalonia. Author of numerous writings on art, history and art criticism, he is also a specialist in heritage conservation, museography and public arts such as street arts, circus and puppetry, from the Middle Ages to today.
