Amor Fati is the new collective proposal from Tramuntana and Pigment Gallery that opens next Saturday, July 5. An exhibition with works by Rosa Galindo, Ana Monsó, Irene Ortiz and Camilo Huinca in an exhibition meeting with different exhibition languages where elements of gestural painting, also symbolic, stand out, up to sculpture or contemporary textiles.

The first major element to highlight in this new journey that coincides with the arrival of summer, is the title of the exhibition, inspired by the philosophical concept of Amor Fati where love is destiny, understood not as resignation but as an active affirmation of becoming. A collective exhibition where a continuous dialogue is created between generations, disciplines, ways of creating until reaching ways of inhabiting the world. It is, therefore, a declaration of belonging linked to the body, to time and a contemplation of the beauty of all that is inevitable. The final result is found in the possibility of surrender, but not as defeat, but as a high form of acceptance.

Four artists have created this new artistic path with Ana Monsó where she explores an intimate painting full of symbols where her stroke is full of complex subjectivity, but at the same time sensitive; Rosa Galindo works from the power of gesture and matter to reach the spiritual and physical element.

Camilo Huinca, known as OnlyJoke, is a versatile creator with creations that work from painting, furniture and urban art; Irene Ortiz, on the other hand, creates between fragility and resistance from thread, stitch and waiting. With Ortiz, the domestic element is moved to acquire a more intimate and structural element. Amor Fati al Tramuntana + Pigment Gallery at Carrer dels Arboços 12, Nau 24 in Vullpellac is a forceful journey through destiny, matter, memory and acceptance.
