Earth, Mother, Air at the Tramuntana Gallery
A collective exhibition that claims the connection between art, nature and territory through five contemporary creators.
Tramuntana Gallery hosts its third exhibition of the 2025 cycle, entitled Terra, Mare, Aer, which opens to the public today at its headquarters in Vulpellac (Girona). This collective exhibition invites us to explore the poetic and sensorial relationship between the natural elements that surround us: the land that sustains us, the sea that transforms us and the air that surrounds us.
This exhibition brings together the work of five contemporary artists who, from different disciplines, bring a diverse perspective on these essential elements. The Spanish artist Aurelio San Pedro stands out for his large-format graphite drawings and paintings, where landscapes appear with a detailed and atmospheric sensitivity. Anastasia Shu , a Russian artist, creates hand-molded ceramic sculptures that evoke a dreamlike, feminine universe with a digital touch. Laia Benavides , a Chilean photographer, explores nature, light and intimacy, balancing spontaneity and contemplation in her images. For his part, Juan Escudero works with engraving on copper plates and handmade papers, developing a graphic with a poetic and constructive style. Finally, Penélope Clot fuses painting, sculpture and installation in her own language, combining graphic design, Japanese lacquer and experimental techniques in a continuous artistic research.

Tramuntana Gallery is a space that since 2024 combines a contemporary art gallery, design and its own artisanal production, focusing on creations with identity and a strong link with the territory. The inaugural event will feature the presence of the artists and a welcome toast to share this artistic experience that invites you to connect with nature from a contemporary perspective.
