Miramar. Explorations of the Sea of Amunt is the purest expression of Paco Pérez's creative cosmos, presented as an exhibition experience that invites you to experience and explore. This exhibition offers a unique opportunity to appreciate the fusion of art and gastronomy, discovering how nature, inspiration, and innovation intertwine in a constant dialogue. The exhibition not only highlights creativity but also generates a constantly evolving social and cultural impact that reframes the way we understand knowledge and artistic experience.

From September 4th to October 15th , Miramar. Explorations of the Mar d'Amunt , organized by Bonart and the Miramar Restaurant in Llançà, will be on display at the Casa de Cultura of the Provincial Council of Griona. Paco Pérez is a low-key but extremely high-class chef. He is the second Catalan with the most Michelin stars, surpassed only by Jordi Cruz. From his restaurant Miramar in Llançà (Girona), he leads a group of establishments spread across Catalonia, Spain, and Europe.

Paco Pérez is a thoughtful and well-traveled chef, one of the great exponents of 21st-century avant-garde gastronomy, and he doesn't usually seek out grand public appearances. Even so, he is a restless person when it comes to creating and making quick decisions. At his restaurant, Miramar, he seeks to reflect the meaning of the name, which looks directly out to sea. Over time, he has increasingly gravitated toward showcasing his territory, always adding a touch of play and creativity. All kinds of cuisines and all possible ways of making and cooking coexist in his mind.

The experience, created in collaboration with Bonart, offers a series of immersive content that guides participants on a journey to discover Miramar's offerings. Through visual, tactile, olfactory, and auditory stimuli, it highlights the chef's work, which he has developed and continues to create in the kitchen, combining a local and international vision. At the same time, a creative ecosystem, inspired by bio-consciousness, is generated, taking shape within the project with the collaboration of various professionals from the fields of art and gastronomy in Girona.
