The poster, visual soul of Temps de Flors 2026
The Temps de Flors poster competition extends recognition and rewards the creative sensitivity of three students, with Berta Bermúdez at the helm.
The proposal by Berta Bermúdez, winner of the competition, will be the official image of the 71st edition of Girona, Temps de Flors 2026. Her poster stands out for its delicate and evocative aesthetics, with a female figure crowned with flowers in the foreground that symbolizes spring and the festival's own sensitivity.
The work combines green, black and pink tones, and integrates some of the city's most recognizable profiles in the background, such as the cathedral and the bell tower of Sant Fèlix. A red stripe crosses the composition as a subtle reference to the Pont de Ferro, managing to merge heritage and floral imagery in the same scene. Bermúdez, from Bescanó, explained that the creative process was long and evolutionary, with several previous sketches until reaching the final result.
The first prize went to Bermúdez, while the second and third prizes went to Shanshan Wan and Taís Coll, respectively. One of the main novelties of this edition has been the addition of these two additional awards, since until now only a single award was awarded. With this change, the organization seeks to give more visibility to emerging talent and enrich the competition as a whole.
The poster was unveiled this Friday, April 17th, at an event held at the Santiago Sobrequés i Vidal Institute, which highlighted both the quality of the proposals presented and the creative process of the participants. Thus, Girona, Temps de Flors reaffirms its commitment to artistic diversity and support for new generations.
