The Siset is the new non-alcoholic cocktail that will be presented during the Girona Fairs. This drink, created in collaboration with the Girona School of Hospitality and Tourism and Mooma, aims to promote responsible consumption. Its recipe combines apple juice, lemon juice, apple pie syrup, and ginger syrup. The presentation will take place at various events before the fairs.
